If you prefer an outdoor session, we’ll choose a location together—subject to its feasibility, accessibility, and ease of reach.

While I primarily conduct sessions in-studio for optimal light control and to avoid weather-related issues, I am also open to alternative venues such as Airbnb properties, hotel suites, or rental studios (please note that additional fees may apply).

I can also get you in touch with designers who would be able to create something uniquely for you. This communication must be initiated months in advance.

Make up and styling may be subject to an additional fee depending on the products  selected.

The service providers are on an contractual basis so this requirement must be communicated a month in advance.

It is recommended to book your session at least 1 to 2 months in advance, especially for weekend shoots. Slots are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis and are automatically confirmed once the retainer is paid through.

Please note that the non-refundable retainer serves as a session fee and does not include images (see package details for more information).

Immediately after your session, I'd love to invite you for a relaxing coffee where we can review the images together. You can easily select your favorites, and since each image is priced individually (rather than as part of a package), there's no pressure to choose a specific number.

Everyone is photogenic. When people don’t look good in photos it’s more to do with them being uncomfortable or nervous. I’ll guide you through the process to make sure you are relaxed, and you’ll find that you enjoy it. If we take a picture we don’t like, we’ll delete it!

Getting a good night’s sleep, staying hydrated, avoiding excessive alcohol the day before – these are all good tips for arriving at your headshot session ready to look great. But I know life gets in the way. If you’re fitting this into a hectic schedule, let me do the rest. It really doesn’t need to be stressful.

I NEVER share images before the reveal . I will honour whatever level of privacy you would like.

Only after the client has  seen the images and granted me permission to share, I will display them on my social media accounts, website and blog.

Your session fee acts as a non refundable retainer for the date selected for your session.

A rescheduling fee of additional 20% would be applied in case the date needs to be moved. The new date is subject to availability of a free slot on the new date.
